EBS is a fit for purpose product,
environmentally compliant and its components
are not hydrocarbon based, which eliminates dependency
on the fluctuating oil prices.

High coefficient of friction
This is extremely important in creating a resulting surface which
increases traction and is not slippery

Any colour can be achieved with a colour additive. EBS when applied
as a sealant is clear.

Resistant to fuels, oils, and hydrocarbons

Simple Application Process
Applied at ambient temperatures, has low energy requirements

Adheres to asphalt, concrete and hot pour crack fillers
Allows for maintenance and protective measures for existing asphalt roads in
present conditions and does not require milling and re-compacting

Environmentally safe
EBS is non-toxic, non-hazardous, safe for vegetation, flora and fauna. Safe and easy for
workers to apply. Has no fumes, or odors. Requires no special protection. Does not contain volatile
organic compounds (VOC). Does not release toxins.

Reduces Pavement Temperature (heat island effect)
Due to the micro layers UV resistance it reduces the surface temperature of the pavement surface

Protective Layer is Millable and Recyclable
In the event of a total road rehabilitation or requirement for removal, the layer is completely millable and recyclable.

Optimum Installation Conditions
Can be applied in most types of conditions, except during rainfall.

Additional Additives are Available:
Friction Coarse: Aggregate topically applied at a rate applicable to the required friction specifications. Siliconized
acrylic pigmented sealer for various color needs in addition to enhanced chemical and fuel resistance.
