Non-Flammable - Non-Volatile - Non-Hazardous
The environmentally safe elements of our Soil Stabilizer make it completely safe to use, store, and apply as well as use underground. Furthermore, as it is non-flammable and not a petroleum waste product it is not only safe to use underground, but should an area which has been treated undergo re-processing in the future, there will be no problems or flammability and/or toxicity and harmful emission issues, unlike other products which are hydrocarbon based.
Non-Corrosive and Non-Tracking
Will not stick to vehicles or tyres. Does not require designated application equipment. Will not clog or harm equipment.
Water resistant and Non-Dissipating and UV Resistant
Being water resistant allows the product to effectively seal any surface to which it is applied and thus adds an additional layer of protection to the road surface, where by water will run off rather than seep through and allow erosion to start. It is also non-dissipating and will not run off with rainfall. Its UV resistant properties allow it to remain effective even under the harsh sun conditions of Southern Africa and the Middle East.
The resulting surface is a flexible matrix which allows the surface to give rather than crack and allow erosion and the formation of potholes.
Non-Leaching – will not leach into water table
The product is non-leaching and will not leach into soils or water tables, this has been proven by extensive environmental tests. This important aspect allows mines to decrease their future liabilities in terms of closure and remediation costs.

Long Term Effectiveness
The key advantage of copolymers originates with the long and relatively straight molecular structure consisting up to 1,000,000 molecules in length that are linked and cross linked together, this allows the product to continue to perform for long periods of time with an accumulative effect. Once applied the product will perform for 12-24 months depending upon the applicataion rate used, and does not have to be continuously re-applied like most other products in the market place. The maintenance applications are typically 30-50% of the original amount used, and as the effect is accumulative (like cement) the maintenance requirements are less each time.
Its long period of effectiveness thus allows for significantly reduced future maintenance as well as no requirement for on site designated equipment and vehicles, thereby reducing capital costs as well. In addition to significantly reduced water consumption.
